I wanted to do a test to see how I was going to do the lecture videos. Here is the first chapter to the lecture series. It is the Introduction to Chemistry. In the video, I go over what chemistry is, the areas of chemistry, how science is done, etc.

Before I share a lot of chemistry, I wanted to talk about chemistry anxiety. When I tell people that I am a chemistry major, it usually follows with, "I did horrible in chemistry". "Chemistry was my worst subject." I do not blame them. It really is one of those subjects that you need a good teacher and you need to have some motivation to learn it.
In this post, I am going to be sharing with you a liquid makeup brush cleaner. If you would like to make a solid brush cleaner then check out this post. (Link) I know we are all guilty of not cleaning our makeup bushes as much as we should. I wanted to make a product that would encourage me to do so.
In this post, I am going to be sharing my tips to avoid aerated emulsions.
First let's talk about why you do not want an aerated emulsion in the first place. I am also talking about products you do not want aerated emulsions. There are products you may want it. In general, you do not want to have a lot of extra air. It is an oxidant. Air is a mixture of gasses, it may decrease the pH. Gases can be dissolved in aqueous (water-based) solutions. Sometimes you just need a simple cleaner. For general cleaning, I will use a 5% Active Surfactant Matter (ASM) Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) cleaner.
