Creating a Stable Emulsion
In this post, I am going to be giving away the secrets to creating a stable emulsion. At the end I am going to be sharing a theoretical formula. These are going to be somewhat general tips because each emulsifier may require different methods to make the emulsion is stable. Let's get started!

In the post is am going to be talking about emulsifiers and calculating the HLB so you can make the right selections. In order to make emulsions perform well. Some of the information will overlap with the information in the HLB and Emulsion Overview post.

This is the second post in the beginner series part two. Last post was on HLB, I highly recommend that you read that post first because I do go over some basic concepts that will be helpful for this part. I would highly recommend getting a notebook, pen, and a calculator. There will be some math involved, but i will make it easy.
