In this post, I will be sharing my cocoa butter face serum perfect for cold weather. This serum is perfect for dry skin. It will seal in moisture and soothe dry, chapped skin. This serum can be used morning or night to help with water loss. Ideally, this formulation is for normal to dry skin. If you want to use it for oily skin, you can add a couple of drops to your everyday moisturizer for a boost. Full disclosure, this formula I develop used the guide for serums from the Institute of Personal Care Science to find the percentage for the emulsifier and oil phase.
