You can switch up the oils and extracts to what ever you want. 
The Low HLB emulsifiers are used to help the product emulsify with the skin. If you want you can try a high HLB one, and just make sure you shake it before use. 
Hemp seed is highly prone to oxidation so make sure that you add the max amount of vitamin E.
