Highlighter Balm

I created this formulation quite some time ago. I love it; I have been using it almost every day. The great thing about making your own cosmetics is that you can make them any tone you want. I will give a guide for choosing colors. For fair complexions, opt for pearl shades. Undertone is important as well. For cooler, lighter complexity, a pearl tone that leans pink will complement your skin tone. For warm, lighter complexions, a pearl that leans more yellow or golden will complement your skin tone.  For deeper complexions, you can go with bronzes and coppers. Still take note of your undertone. For a more natural look. If you want to make a mermaid glitter highlighter, go for it. In any color blend, avoid adding titanium dioxide, as it will make the highlighter appear ashy.
