Solubilizers in Surfactant Products?
Solubilizers are primarily used in surfactant-based products to solubilize fragrance oils, essential oils, vitamin E, or vegetable oils at low levels. However, they can decrease foam and decrease viscosity in surfactant products. In most cases, the surfactants can already solubilize the fragrance. This will depend on the surfactant.
