“Oil” Cleanser Formula

In this post, I will be sharing with you a formula that happened by accident, but I am in love with it. You will notice the quotes around the oil. That is because I made a face wash that has an oil-like texture but is all water-based. It has little to no foam, but it breaks down makeup so well.
