Gel-Cream Foundation

In this blog post, I will share my gel-cream foundation formulation with you. I’ve wanted to make a formulation like this for a while now, and I finally decided to. As a disclaimer, I used the Making Cosmetics website to reference this formulation. (link) I have altered some aspects of the formulation, such as the oil phase and pigment concentration, to make it a medium to full-coverage foundation.
