Cream Blush Formulation

I have been really wanting to really experiment and go out of my comfort zone with color cosmetic formulations. I have a ton of written formulations for crème makeup formulations. They are straight forward, liquid oil, wax, and pigment. You can go crazy with altering that. With this one I really wanted to get something that felt nice, high coverage and long wear.
