Consultation Fee for Custom Formulation Development
To ensure the client can get what they want with the custom formulation development, I now require that you have a consultation before the research phase. This ensures that both parties are a good fit.
The consultation will be 30 minutes to an hour and can be done over Zoom, Instagram or, Phone Call.
It is required that at least 1 day before the scheduled appointment, to fill out the product brief.

After purchasing the custom formulation consultation, you will need to email me when you are available to [email protected]. I am in Pacific Standard Time. In the product description, there is a form that you need to fill out before the appointment.
If, for some reason, you can not make the appointment, that is okay. Preferably, send me an email 24 hours before the appointment. It can then be rescheduled. If this occurs a second time, a new consultation must be purchased. Please see the terms and conditions.
