I have a Science-Related Degree. How do I get into Cosmetic Formulation?

After a conversation I had with someone, I wanted to make a detailed post about this situation. I know I have a wide audience. From high schoolers to people without a science background, to people who want to get into the industry, and to people already in the industry. There is so much I wish I'd known when I started doing what I do, which is why I try to share my advice and experience. There is so much that you just learn by being in the industry. This post will be my advice on how to get into the industry with a science-related degree. ​
