With fall in effect and Christmas approaching, many are using fragrance oils to create their holiday products. I want to warn you about the vanilla. Vanilla and fragrances containing vanilla tend to make formulations turn brown over time. 

In this post, I will be modifying my hair spray formulation to create a hair foam. You can see the formulations for hairspray and hair gel. A couple of simple changes, and you will have a different product. My hairspray has a good hold; I wouldn't say it is an extremely strong hold. PVP tends to flake due to its brittle nature, but with the addition of Gum Arabic, it does not. It makes it very flexible. Let's review the original formula.

​I got a water-soluble bakuchiol extract. We have all been hearing that it is a natural alternative to retinol. I have heard from others that more studies need to be done, but I have it, so I wanted to make a formulation with it.

​In this post, I am going to be sharing with you a bath whip formulation. This is not a true soap, as there will be no saponification. The inspiration for this post is from Soaping101, unfortunately, the video has been taken down. I altered the formulation to what I have.
